Eligibility for Refund

  1. Cancellation Policy:
    • You may request a refund if you cancel your enrollment before 10 days of the start date of the training.
    • Cancellation requests must be submitted through our contact us or by emailing csm@cyberxed.com with your order details.
    • Cancellation fees include 100% costs of ebook and lab material as listed on CompTIA
  2. Technical Issues:
    • If you encounter technical issues that prevent you from accessing the training, please contact our support team immediately for assistance.
    • Refunds will be considered for verifiable technical issues that cannot be resolved within a reasonable time frame.

Refund Process

Non-Refundable Situations
